Turfhall Primary

Educators at Turfhall Primary encourage their learners to engage with developments in technology. Schools exist in a complex, hi-tech society with many challenges and opportunities. Educators have to comply with rapidly changing policies as well as ensure that they encourage all learners to exploit their full potential.

Turfhall Primary's attitude is best summed up in the words of Mahatma Ghandi. 'We must be the change we want to see in the world.' They consider children the greatest investment in any country. At Turfhall they aim to create, not just a school of excellence, but also a country of stability by investing in the education of their learners.

As they had supplied their own technology the school approached Khanya for assistance in curriculum delivery through technology. A facilitator now trains the educators in these aspects of integrating technology into education.
